Hmm. I don't get that option on mine, yet I still get the lag.
Here's my Nvidia control Panel:

If you have it, it's under Manage 3D settings.Originally Posted by T4KShadow
Not sure if this helps, but try looking under Manage 3D Settings - there is an option there called "Multi-display/mixed GPU Acceleration". Select Single Display Performance Mode, see if that helps
Right, okay after going in to the 3D Settings I am able to get the game running smoothly (framerate anyway). However I get a horrific flickering effect now and can't play at all! Below is a screenshot of my settings so if someone could help me out I would really appreciate it!
Everything works fine, such as the menus until I actually get on to a track.
(AMAZING PAINT SKILLS ^)
Does anyone know how to do this in AMD Catalyst?
The game is quite resource hungry. I had to turn shadows down in-game otherwise I would play with low FPS. They do not look too good on lowest settings though.
I'll try to play more to see if I can find a sweet spot, but the engine might need some optimisation.
Rig:
core I5 3570k
8gb of RAM
Radeon 5750 1Gb
It should be enough, even though my graphics card is a bit on the low end.
