    Barry then went through and condensed 3 or 4 different threads into this one. I am looking for an answer, but the best way to get information about this issue would be by sending an email to support@redlynx.com. Most of the moderators, and myself, are not really tech support. We do what we can, but I have never heard of this issue before, so I can not offer any advice or workarounds.
