You should be able to complete medium tracks with Piranha or even Rattler and should use the obstacles up to the B license.

I sent messages to a few creators that have extreme obstacles in "medium" tracks. I was sure to end the message that this is just for you info, and they tell me that I sxxk at this game and its supereasy and Im stupid. So most creators are probably supernice guys, but the ones that have to brag about themselves by calling hard/extreme for medium are axxholes it seems.

The info that the licenses decides difficulty, is clearly missing for alot of creators, and the ones I sent to tells me Im stupid for not understanding that its the creator who decides..... Kinda funny

More people(even seasoned veteran builders) should pay attention to the in game tracks and what bikes are allowed. Far too often the only bike available is the Phoenix. For anything less than an extreme track, it's inexcusable. Mutetus said it right for what makes medium. For hard, it should at least allow the scorpion.

There is not one individual track in the main game that only allows the Phoenix. Some extremes, while not ideal, can still be done on a piranha.
