Hey Fernan, I thought I'd come in here and say that I really liked your track. It was unique and the driving line was nice. It's the perfect example of a well made fun trackAlso just out of curiosity, how'd you get that many tnt barrels in without any lag?

For the barrels I set them all to decoration only. I then got a prime square piece and coloured it the same colour as a barrel. I lined up the barrels so there was a layer visible to the player and then put the prime under the layer to try to give it a bit of depth without using a million barrels. You can probably see the prime layer if you look but at speed it kinda looks like the barrels go down to the floor. I've found you can get a lot of objects into a scene before screen tearing happens, just need to be sneaky.
Dude... Bar-elle Is awesome
Love the theme .. Love the line... Love the idea
All round, fantastic
Thanks man, really glad you liked it.Originally Posted by Meenie77

A bit late, but just wanted to say how cool I thought your latest was. Some of the cool animations may have been under-appreciated by the untrained eye.
Thanks dragonmicky and D2Dahaka. Appreciate the kind words.
Hi remaining evo players. Put up a new track called philistine.
Well. . . I say track, its the intro to one I was working on but don't think ill ever finish. I had the plan to make a musical factory that built up layers of the soundtrack as you go through the level but I couldn't get the music right.
Cheers to all who enjoyed my tracks and gave me feedback. Thanks to redlynx for this terrific game and the tools to create and for my spanner, I've just bought fusion, downloading it now so I will prob try to get back into building. I'll be on pc.
Got a good chuckle from this one. You making anymore? I'm going to keep going with Evo until Fusion's Track Central is improved.
Cheers man. I got Fusion yesterday so will be giving that a good go. Although after about 2.5 hours of playing it I was seeing the end credits! There doesn't seem to be as much content as evo and the tracks are all a bit samey, there are some good ones though.
I would hopefully want to complete my piano track in evo as I like the idea, but I am having trouble with the music part. Anyone got any tips for making a custom soundtrack?
