How could i do so that every time i start my track, it's never the same time time of day?

Qc might be able to answer that, see track metamorphic.

Best way would be to start inside THEN go outside. Use a weather area conditions (follow rider with object position event) have a random number based on rider speed or something, then have a trigger that automatically sets the time of day at a specific spot.

No need to use an OPE, just change the affecting object from the bike and rider to anything else and leave it within the boundaries of the area condition tool, then just adjust the weather parameters as you see fit.

Do you mean changing the time of day every time you drive further?
If you mean this, this could be helpful: https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1...nubIDrHbM/edit, but I think you cannot take the value from spline points anymore after the Oop title update, so you just need to use Variable data sources or other data sources just with the value with spline point distance.
If you can, then it's not a problem.
