ive read alot of reviews, and its kinda saying the game sucks...im a massive fan of the aliens franchise, so i just want to know peoples opinions on the game...as a fan, i can get past the reviews of 'bad charcter lingo' and daft stuff like that... i dont really mind that its a duck shoot...hell, thats wot i want to do...i just dont want to spend money i havnt really got if i will regret it..

please give your opinions if you have the game, and are currently playing it....thnx

You'd have to be off your noodle to pay full price for it judging by hugely popular consensus mate. Why cant someone release a decent aliens game ffs....it cant be that hard!

Many fans are saying it sucks hard..especially since it was touted as a sequel and the storyline is about as engrossing as an episode of Neighbours by all accounts. If your a bit skint you are probably best waiting for a serious price drop unless you can overlook a boatload of problems.

I've even heard that Gearbox had sod all to do with the game, just the multiplayer.What a croc!

Six year to make a game and it's probably a bag of s##t. I love the Alien franchise (games/films) but it doesn't look like I'll be too disappointed with my gaming haitus.

a friend has it for pc and xbox ..he said pc looks and plays ok and is serviceable. but hes returning the xbox tomorrow . abysmal graphics/ textures . bad screen tear. .i was gunna join you and ozzie dave for a game later . but ive gone for pc version . and i hate playing on pc . shame . 5 years for this crap . and notice all the reviews stating gearbox never touched the single surfacing today.coincidence total bull... ill report in on pc version later if you want

hmmm... im proper gutted..ive waited for this myself since AVP..ive got a few friends saying that its brilliant..ive watched some youtube vids, and it looks pretty good... i think the problem is that the aliens are stupid..they apparantly dont have that cleverness that they do in films.. also, marines can just down them very easy...
in terms of atmosphere and look, it gets a massive thumbs up, as the game makers have totally got it correct......but then the aliens come and spoil it....although the multiplayer is supposed to be brilliant..

this is the problem...the aliens should add to the game, and not spoil it..

it might be a wait til the price drops before getting it..
