Ok, first question.
How do I make cameras transition from one to another? I can only activate one for my track's end scene and I want to have like 4-5 cameras pop up around the map after my end scene camera fades to black to show the decoration afterwards.

Have the final checkpoint send an impulse to a camera event, then a delay impulse filter, then a camera event, then a delay impulse filter, then a camera event, then a delay impulse filter, then a camera event, then a delay impulse filter, and then a camera event!
Set all of your cameras so that they cut instead of interpolating.
This will cause each camera to switch instantly to the next after a certain amount of time that you can decide using the delay impulse filters.
In my opinion it doesn't look very good this way, so if you want I can teach you how to get each camera to fade in and out, but it gets a lot more complicated.
