Top Builder?
How do you acquire "Top Builder", the spanner icon next to your name in the leaderboards! Are you randomly picked? or do you have to have a certain amount of downloads etc.. would love to have this title

like the TF, it is redlynx which chosen, it is necessary according to what I saw regularly obtaining from the tracks in “the redlynx choice”
