it isn't about how many people get it its about the quality, it should be for the people who produce tracks that have ingame quality and not many have achieved that level

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for these awards (TF, Wrench). But at the same time, I think they'd lose their meaning if they started handing these out en masse.

Handing on in mass in the BEGINNING, not always....then slow trickle.

Look. Theres 1,000,000+ scores on the leaderboard. How is giving the award to even 300 people (TF or Wrench) ALOT!

300/1,000,000 = 0.0003%

Even if you say....well, not that many play anymore....ok we'll go 40,000 active people.

300/40,000 = 0.0075%

How is this alot? How is this devauling a reward? I don' think it is. More people should be given the award that deserves it. Not a few people a month. Atleast for now. When they give all the people that deserve it now, THEN go to a slow trickle of a few people a month.

I 100% agree. Builders have NO leaderboards. How can you distinguish the crap from the best. An icon works pretty well I think. You KNOW its quality without having to sift through crap. You see it, you think "oh they must be good tracks!" Why should this be limited to 25 people?

Bottom line, I dont think we're close to having 100 builders who are worthy of a wrench. Up to 50 max. But thats just my opinion, it only really matters what RL think. lol

Imo it shouldn't be a question of giving it to x amount of people, or x% of builders - just give it to whoever deserves one, and I can think of plenty of builders creating to at least the standard of some "wrench tracks", they should get one now, rather than in 4 months time when they're not even playing the game anymore.

+1 I'd like to see everyone RL would select, get a wrench sooner rather than later. I dont see the benefit in waiting to award them to anyone they might have on a "wrench list".

+1 and thats ALL I've been trying to say. Its been over a month since they gave one. And when they give again, will it be another 2? Silly reason to stop building because of not having an award, but it is true I'm sure builders stopped building because of the way TC is. Few downloads, maybe 48hrs, then gone. It ain't fair for all the hard work that some builders put into their tracks. Why spend 50hours on a track when you can spend 1 hour and get 10x the amount of downloads.
