Also I'd like to nominate:
Audio Additive: always build quality tracks.
MrBones1872000: for the same reasons.
Xx FaTaL sNiPeS: builds some very good extreme/ninjas (at least for his original tracks)
Spir0x: he is able to create speedruns as good as fun and original ninjas.
Wesse NinZa: a very good creator who should create more, he always builds top quality tracks.
DudozinoUziko: same.
Killlard: great ninja builder who always find original and unique obstacles.
DannersMac: same as Killlard.
D2 Dahaka: I don't think he built enough tracks at the moment to get a wrench, but he definitely is a great builder.

I think RedLynx should give more wrenches, that would motivate the good builders to keep building tracks and thus improve the quality of TC.

Nah, giving more wrenches would make them worthless, like the TF Award now. Very few of them really done anyting special
