Medieval Genius certainly deserves one, the guy has made lots of excellent tracks and is not afraid to take risks with experimental stuff...sometimes those risks bomb out, other tomes they end up as RL picks.

Though he's supposedly "re-tired" , I reckon he'll be back at some point. He's a builder, it's in his blood and the break may do him good anyway. Ok now Im rambling about nonsense.

He definitely deserves a wrench for creating a good mix of traditional style Trials tracks and crazy themed ones. Like d2 said, he's not afraid to take risks with something new.
