Doubt it's possible, maybe if you glue a force to the car you can give the illusion if you fine tune it, not sure tho, it's just an idea.

OPE a dummy object, and attach the car to it with a physics joint. Enable physics for the car, and set its friction and restitution to 0 if it's moving fast enough to get snagged on the ground.

how about a trigger attached to the front of it that when hits you deactivates the ope and and 1 that activates physics on it so it hits you?

The car would stop dead in its tracks as soon as the OPE shuts off.

When you say "hit you" is your game character the bike and rider?

If so, a simple hit trigger between the car and the bike/rider going to the bike part detach event worked well for me. I connected the event to every bit of the bike so when the car hits the bike is smashed to pieces.

You can see the result on my track "Dawn City Run". At 0.37 there is a large jump, if you fall down the gap a car will run you over and smash your bike.

Got it to work, I used 4 hit triggers, 2 player events and 2 break events. Then I used area effectors and the cars are in contact response. Thanks for the help!

On my track I had a plane moving with OPE and don't recall having that many triggers to make contact. I think I just turned the physics on for the plane. I'm assuming you tried that and it did not work?
