ShowBiz does work, but it will occasionally freeze a frame in the video for a second, this happens to me like every other upload.

Here is what i mean.

It will freeze, or the screen will get grainy/tear up a bit then go back to normal and it happens randomly even on the same videos. I dont know if youre picky like i am, i got fed up with this after a while and now i use TotalMedia Extreme. Smooth rendering like its SUPPOSED to do! If you want to go down that route, PM me and i will get you set up. If not, no problem. Maybe the Showbiz software got upgraded, if you dont see any issues like what i mentioned above, then you'll be fine.

I use TotalMedia Extreme which came with it, and have not had ANY issues with this ever in over 4-5 years! (wow didn't realize I had the Hauppauge for that long! So much value from that thing <3)
