my mate herculee102 is not getting the usual menu thumbnails screen, all he gets is this option...

also if he tries to search for tracks from a user who he already has tracks by he gets this message

its been this way for a while for him now, we play online together fine so cant imagine its his connection.
    any ideas?

    Re: menu problems

tell him to try re-downloading the game and dlc's too maybe and see if that helps, it may be corrupt somehow but the network error shouldn't be dismissed either, you could try getting him to take his xbox down to your house if he lives near you and see if it still happens there and if not then it is a network error

    Re: menu problems

it says network error on the screen so its telling you there is a network connection issue i think, but this could just be some kind of bug or corruption to file i dont know much about this sort of thing sorry but only way i can think to test if it is a network connection is to test the xbox on someone elses connection and if problem persists then there is something wrong with the game or xbox

sorry i cant be of an more help

    Re: menu problems

Usually.... I'm just going on my own here.

It could have to do with the ports that he has opened on his router, b/c Microsoft has some really "weird" ones for the Xbox 360 to be able to work correctly.

He could try to Port forward or turn on upnp. It's been a while since I had learned that stuff but if you need any more help I'd be sure to look it up.

If he doesn't know how to get onto his router just reply here.

    Re: menu problems

Yep I had the same issue, and realized it was a port issue I had to forward on my router.
