ShiftySamurai confirmed that trials will be available through a few different digital distribution outlets. This will include Steam. It will likely be available in the usual stores too as a boxed edition.
As for the dates you can pre-order, this will likely be available when they have managed to confirm with all the distributors.

EDIT: Nvm, i was checking the US Amazon. Just checked the UK and it was there, 17 pounds for the steelbook edition. Wow, really tempting.
