Lol yeah, if i manage to get the boxed version, or if the royal pack is for all the preorders and gets on my hands anyway, i'll probably won't use it at all. Being golden and all is not exactly my taste.
If it becomes available for retail in an online store here I'll get it boxed, but only if I can activate it on Steam as well.

For me the steel case is the biggest selling point for the physical version.

Lol, it reminds me of when I bought Portal. The disk just contained a product key and an installation file for Steam. I didn't even know what Steam was at the time, and that wasn't even that long ago!
