I am just gonna say proceed with caution.

It reads like a generic "praise you up then advertise something" message to me.

But I am very sceptical of things like this.

Also, notice that, although it mentions a link to your video, it never mentions anything about the video content or why they think its good.

No it's not legit. It's spam bots send them to random new accounts.
I have had that exact same message sent to me.
Just some Internet trolls

Definately not legit. Be weary of what technology has/is becoming.
Cyberwarfare is already happening behind the scenes.

For casual internet users- google Ransomware, spyware, keyloggers etc. Especially Keyloggers

Be careful what you download, be weary of any unrecognised link.
Your webcam can be hacked, your personal details stolen, your bank account cleared.

Use your head, browse safely. And remember any questions you have, just google. And stop wasting brain cells on facebook.
Wasted brain cells on trials is an exception though

My first Trials FPS, titled "Bot Count", was a play with words: First, the enemies were robots, so how many you killed was your bot count.
But what the term bot count really means is a statistic of how many unaware internet users are zombies to a "botnet" in real life.
Google it.

I also did an easy mode afterwards called "noob count", and whatcha know, the numbers of players who completed it vs the numbers who completed bot count was vastly different. Fckin noobs

1 person beat BC (who was a friend of mine), 140 odd beat NC, who the majority of were mostly likely older gamers. I dont know if gaming can be saved, too many noobs
At least it got to the top of highest rated this week though

EDIT: Went back and played Bot/noob count, handles bad, the art is real nice and there are some good ideas in there. There is my postmortem. Lol.

Well, BECOMEVIRAL.COM may very well be legit (doubt it), but that message is definately spam, not a supportive youtube subscriber.

I got that exact same message too. It's spam, just like everything that ends up in your inbox.
