Will the PC editor be in the game or will it be outside the game?
I guess it's in the game.

And can you play on PC the user contents from the Xbox360 and Xbox360 from PC?
I hope both is possible, but skill games with Xbox controller buttons icons for PC without an Xbox-controller, will that be possible?

Highly doubt content will cross platforms And the editor will most likely be in the game

I too doubt there will be any form of cross-compability between the two versions. Microsoft hasn't been too happy about the suggestion of cross-platform functionality in the past.

I really hope the editor will have some way of importing user-created props into the game. It's a pipe dream, but the sheer thought of the possibilities with a feature like that makes me drool

They might have said in an interview that cross-platforming is not completely off the table, but i kinda doubt it, considering there are different publishers on the two sides. And i wouldn't expect MS to be a huge fan of this idea.
