Hi,
Love the game and been playing it for years. Purchase both the add on's recently and every time I try and play them it brings up the download box and seconds later says 100% complete but I still can't play the game.

This happens every time I try and play the game.

try removing the game then re-download it from your download history or try clearing your system cache

Thanks for the tips, I did completely delete the game + all the tracks and cleared the cache but the game DLC add-on's still continually prompt to be downloaded again and again.

They start off at 1% then in seconds go to 99% and then complete but I never get the Play Now option.

What else can I do to help diagnose this issue?

check your trials folder for the DLC and there file size, if they exist delete and then try downloading in game or via the xbox web site, if that fails and you have the option, try downloading to a different HDD/usb stick.

edit: before redownloading load the game and let it patch.

I gave that a go and still no luck! Any other suggestions? I love the game and now I have no DLC content.

was the DLC originally downloaded on another console, if so try a licence transfer or just do it anyway. it can be found lurking around the xbox profile settings somewhere, probably account management or the like.

It sounds like to me that the Hd on ure Xbox might have some corrupted sectors on it. Id remove the game, delete cashe and re D/L everything to a usb drive only and run from that.

Just in case its something to do with ure profile, try creating a new account ( silver ) and try to play the game with that. If u get the same result, i put my money on ure xbox HD being the prob, if it works then u know its something to do with the profile n ure better off gettin on to MS.

I tried using a memory stick with no hdd and the same result.

I did create a new profile and could not still play the game.

Is there anything else I should try or someone at Microsoft to contact?

not sure you tried my other suggestion which was to try a licence transfer on the game and DLC. one other thing i can think of before you phone MS is to redownload your profile just in-case its corrupted somehow.

Yes I did try your other suggestions like the licence transfer and yes because I was using a memory stick wothout my hdd I did download my profile again and still no luck.

On a positive note, I am able to download user DLC content and they work perfectly.

Do you think I can actually phone MS?
