At the 13th checkpoint on Dystopia, roll back until you get to the edge, then fall down to the place where the 12th checkpoint is. It is best to land on the flat surface, then just roll backward and let gravity do the rest. You will drop down next to a box and a button. The squirrel comes out, presses the button, and an animation sequence follows for the tenth and final squirrel.

At the 12th checkpoint on Dystopia, there is a huge ramp that throws you backward and to an upper area. Do that, jump the gap across going towards the next checkpoint, then roll back down and behind the the 12th checkpoint. If you roll down the hill, a squirrel will come from the side and push a red button. Sorry if the explanation is bad, it's tough to explain.

If you can't get it, hit the next checkpoint and then go back. Makes it much easier than what i thought it was.

at 13th checkpoint, a little piece of metal extends from behind you. roll off that, and down the ramp of 12th checkpoint. then squirrel comes out and unlocks your achievement. hope this helps. way to go y'all!
