Maybe if we know what that mean, we can have all squirrels...
We have 7 squirrels and 3 planks, 7 + 3 = 10 ...

Maybe the translation = a code to do near this planks = squirrel ! ...

Black Site - Hard - At the 9th check point enter this code: LB, RB, Press down on LS, Press down on RS, then UP on RS. You'll see the colors light up(along with sounds). Now finish the level without faulting. If you fault, you have to re-enter the code.

If you press buttons, a little computer thing in the background lights up. You just light it up the correct order, thats the button combo.

PS, it's lb, rb, left stick click, right stick click, right stick direction up.

Toxication - At the 8th checkpoint after you hear a creeking metal sound, roll back down the incline, over the barrels and into the toxic waste. A squirrel will rise up out of a pipe.

I spent 10 minutes on this level doing this in differente sections and finally just gave up.

My last hunch is that it's on LumberJack
