How does one make a camera effect similar or exactly alike the one used in the trials of limbo track?

I actually tried this about a week ago - I can't exactly remember so I might be wrong - make the sky grey, or whatever colour you want it - put the camera angle to the right position - make the fog grey - put Ground Ambient Colour to black - put deco in the track and the driving line - voila!
Not sure if this is what you wanted, but this is all I know, hope it helped

Just go to camera>Object Properties> and I think it is Camera Hue or something, and black and white is an option.
