Medals and gamerscore disappeared! | Forums

A couple days ago, a friend and I were playing and noticed that I already had times and fault counts that surpassed gold (and even some platinum) requirements. My friend commented that he'd noticed I had less medals (he distinctly remembers seeing 200+ medal count) and that even my gamerscore had lowered.

What's happened here? My times are still recorded, and the medals were accumulated over multiple sessions, so it's not a lack of connection to live. Ever seen this before?

Ive got a simular problem too but didnt say anything as i dont want to moan too much. Basicly Ive got all the platinums on the Beginner, Easy & 1st Medium tracks but in the L/B`s it only says ive got platinums on the Beginner & Easy Tracks even tho the times are under and the SP game has awarded me the medals.

Im not really worried for a fix on this myself, im just posting to back this guys statement up

This is still an issue--I've lost gold medals (not just platinums). My best time is actually recorded on the global leaderboard, so this isn't an issue with live connections. My best time is BETTER than the requirements for gold, but for some reason I have silver. As I said before, this has also affected my gamerscore. Any dev's/officials able to comment?

Yup, both are in order for a gold. It's baffling!

It's multiple tracks. I'd have to go to each one to be sure of which has what, but I'm pretty sure I've even seen tracks that should be platinum with silvers instead.

When I beat them again, the medals come up fine.

have you played it offline or on another console and recovered your gamertag thats what happened to me on HD with marathon cheevo but as far as medals this can motivate you to plat more tracks
