leaderboards not updating? | Forums

Hi Im a pretty serious player of this game, been playing since the pc versions and play even more now on xbla, Ive been getting a lot better in my opinion and im almost under the top 1000 players on the leaderboards for the global+dlc leaderboard. but now it seems like ive been stuck at 1040 for the last two weeks. when i go in to the leaderboards it says ive played 6days 16hrs, but when im in the main menu the messages at the bottom say ive played 7days 6hrs. I thought maybe you guys just didnt update often, but now i see my friends continue to make points while i stay at 1040. i know i shouldnt be ranked 1040 anymore, Ive been beating a lot of my times trying to get it to update and still nothing, which makes it even more irritating because i know i would have a good ranking by now. This game is one of my favorite games of all time, and i think redlynx was brilliant for creating it. One of my favorite things was trying to climb the leaderboards so i would really appreciate your help trying to sort this out. Thank you for your time..... and keep up the awesome video games!

Check your score and not your rank. You might find that you are beating your times by fractions of a second and not gaining many points, thus not going up in the leaderboards.

I have been occasionally, its been at 28,904,493 for a while and a few of the tracks I beat by a whole second at least. if i delete the game and redownload all my times will still be posted right? I was considering doing this before but i would be heartbroken if I lost my times.

so Ive been playing at least two hours a day since i posted this topic, beating my times and playing online, barely any track central, my score is still stuck at 28,904,493. my supercross and other online modes are increasing in score but still not adding to my global leaderboard. I am becoming extremely frustrated, Im sure you guys have plenty of other problems to deal with but this is crazy, im just about to beat my best rank ever and it just stops, also new dlc is coming out within a few weeks? why should i get it if im not even recognized by the leaderboards anymore? I love this game, bought it and the dlc within an hr of it coming out, and it kills me to say but im not gonna spend more money on it just to continue being annoyed by this glitch. I know that its difficult for you guys to help everyone thats having problems, I just feel like im gonna get lost in all the other posts, since it seems like im the only person having this problem.

Nothing????? game still wont let me again a single point, im at 7 days 10hrs and the leaderboard still says 6 days 16hrs, please can someone help me with this? ive cleared my cache, deleted and redownloaded the game tried it on a different xbox and still nothing. im pretty close to just giving up on one of my favorite games. this is crazy...

I'm assuming you're playing the DLC tracks but keep checking the regular global rank leaderboard. Try checking out the Global Rank + DLC. That's the only reasonable explanation I can think of.

sorry it took me a minute to get back to you shifty, busy with the holidays. my gamertag is MO DRO420. just checked it again earlier today and its still stuck at the same score and time after a good hours worth of playing. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. I really want to get riders of doom but not till i resolve this.

Your game time only increases when you improve your score. You can play for a thousand hours and it won't show if your score remains the same.
