i was wondering if it was possible that in the beginning of the the track when it does 3,2,1, Go, to make some camera effects. for exampleat 3 the camera is in front of the rider with a red tint for the camera, at 2 the camera is in the back of th rider at 3 on the left side and on go the camera goes to it's normal place.

As far as I'm aware you cant do anything until the timer actually starts.

A custom camera will work and be used during the countdown but you can't do anything with it until after the countdown such as moving it or changing to another camera, so what you're after isn't possible.
