Yeah ..thats physics set on objects..O.P.E acts different like baz said..

I never mentioned OPE's, I said an area effector.

But, you can use an OPE to make one dust effect follow the rider.

This worked! I set the dust particles physics to on and the ticker instead of 1 I put it at 20 and its snowing but also following the guy. All with one set of dust also the cold lens filter on the camera and the sand 5 enviroment thing. Festive winter wonderland level here we come. thanks all for the help
