Trials Tracks of the Day - Need your input. | Forums

http://www.youtube.com/TEvoCustoms <-a good example of a trials youtube page with quality tracks everytime. I know you are both doing different things with your channels but i was more showing you so you could see the quality that i would personally (and many other people too) look for in a track.

I wont be trying that track because like Barry has said just from watching the video I saw so many negatives that it just isn't a track i would play unless its just to go through and rate low. There have been so many good tracks out today and as I have just turned on evo for the first time today I'm being spoilt with quailty!

Just took a look and I can see where you are coming from. I'll see if I can improve the quality or squeeze time for testing more tracks. Feel free to recommend some unknown or hidden tracks since this is what I created this thing for. I'll continue to indulge myself intro this thing and take a wrench to the brain so I can learn what the full on hardcore crowd demand. I'll see what I can squeeze and schedule in and improve the track choice.

My advice is use the search function and make sure you look for highest rated or most downloaded each day.
You will still find more unknown tracks that you can highlight as it doesn't take many ratings/downloads to get 4 stars for example.

You will learn soon mate,i was'nt the best judge of a good track when i started on trials (not that i really am now) i learnt a lot from this forum though,although the community is tough they are fair

its not easy taking criticism, but that is a fantastic attitude to have.

the more time you spend around here, the more you will start to enjoy Trials and with that comes a better idea of what goes into a quality track.
and its great that you can face negativity with such optimism but remember your opinion is important aswell.

I guess that's what happens when I jump into a hot shower after swimming. Shivers first before getting use to it. I'll hopefully get to know you lot much better in the coming days, and I look forward to finally seeing the jarring contrast of what is on here, and what makes Midnight Station 2 a piece of roadkill .

I actually caught your channel by chance earlier on n posted you a message...ts great wot your doing..feedback is always welcome by builders.if i was giving advice to you then i would say to you,to do your homework and find out and learn wot makes a good track..i felt your commentary lacked depth..but,this is the place to learn about this sort of thing..this isnt a citism dude,so dont take it wrong..
ask urself,wot makes a good line for tracks.is thep light correct?track detail and theme.is the track glitchy...

Some of us may be harsh, but we're also willing to help. Hopefully that has come across in the thread. Willyumz is right, taking criticism on the chin the way you have is the best start to getting better (at anything). Given time, you'll soon pick up on what is good and bad in tracks. Just play as much as you can and it will become quite obvious.
