TC not appearing | Forums

hey guys, i have a friend that has bought the full game of trials evo and it was working fine until they bought the DLC and now when they go to TC all that comes up is just the page for the search of tracks and creators, TC does not seem to be there, i got them to delete it then reinstall it but still it continues to do the same thing. has anyone had this happen to them before and is there anyway it can be corrected??????????????? or does anyone know why this is happening? cheers for anyone who can help out
