What is Big block seed suppose to be and what are the uses or is it just a huge white block

same reason they gave us lots of circus objects,pretty much pointless.

u can randomize the same thing over and over

u click on it go into its options and says randomize no point in it i guess

There is a point to it, you juzt haven't discovered it yet. It opens many doors if you were to want to make a flat colored bg without reducing draw distance and getting fogginess. Or something along the line of constuct x. A couple more uses spring to mind, just be creative. But by no means is it for every idea or track.
Also, with the shiny primes it lends it self to the 'cartoony, cel-shaded' tracks.
