What got me into trials was when I randomly came across one of Malachytes ninja replays through the related video section on youtube when I was searching something completely unrelated to trials.

back in the day i found Lestropie's runs very inspiring, i used to watch them in awe and they always got me in the mood to try harder.
since then AJ's impressed me with his consistency and dominance.
i used to love watching KO Syndicate and DEADPHISH runs on Trials HD, and Evo too when i can find one.
also enjoy Murdocs minimal, effortless style and Malachyte's unwavering ninja skills.

on the building side, it was mainly the Voltron crew that inspired me when i started in the editor.. and they still do.
particularly Heet and Skum in the beginning and then more Murdoc later on. MISACCUSED's lines have always been fantastic and Boris' track visuals surely inspired most people that played them, in some way at least.

nowadays there are far too many to pick from. NorfaiR has always put out very solid tracks (bromance), Cub is also a brilliant builder and doesnt get enough attention imo, Lumberjack Pep and Twisted Jock are both high up on my list also.
originality points to storcken, iron warlord, elmo and rot.. wherever he ended up

reading it back theres a ton of people ive missed but im too tired to amend anything. hopefully you know who you are.

For a trials rider i would have to say that Euphoric Fusion played a big part helping me to become a better rider too when i 1st saw his run on 1 of my tracks which put me to shame lol so i started playing in game tracks to try and up my rank by watching alot of his replays. Thanks EF after that i went from around 4000th in HD to 135th

Riders

Shockwave: cos of his insane thumb movements in HD/ brutal driving style and he's also the first that zeroed my track bionic thumb in 1 day, fckng beast.

Malachyte: he's the ninja master.

Deadphish: always admired how fast he could beast a track to the max.

But that was in the HD days.
Nowadays i don't get inspired anymore by different driving styles/techniques
Everyone has the same kinda style these days imo.

As for the building part i get inspired by all kinds of tracks good ones and bad ones.
Movies and other video games are also good for inspiration.
