Well, we also got ruins. My only complaint with the circus pieces was the limited variations (just the cannon and base). If I could turn any of the circus bits to plain it would open up so many possibilities.Originally Posted by LitTlExJeZuZ
As for my main idea, I guess theme wasn't quite the right word. Maybe categories would have been more accurate. Like ruins or circus you could get over the course of releases maybe 15-20 more categories of materials to construct with. Not necessarilly fully constructed objects, but items that fit well together.
With the gold edition release, and origins just been released, itll be some time yet..first, they are consantrating on getting the pc version ready.n second, they will have to make a profit on this dlc..that in itself could take at least a year, depending on sales...if it goes badly, then who honestly knows....
We've got 11 months to find out the DLC should sell more than 220,000 by that time at least unless the other games distract them although the rate that RL picked tracks' downloads rates are slowly dcreasing.
With the resources from Ubisoft, I would imagine the next DLC would come out during Q1 2013. Ubisofts resources help a LOT.
I would buy any Evo DLC, for any cost. Forever lol.
Three things I would love to see, but don't know if it's possible.
1. Real multiplayer lobbies, categorized by region and skill.
2. Multiplayer editor, what could be created with (2-4) builders at once?.(probably impossible)
3. HARSH penalties for quitting in MP. Or even a DNF% next to our names to easily identify serial quitters.
I wouldn't. This DLC has really disappointed me and if anything has made me play Trials less.Originally Posted by ben1bob
i don't mind waiting a few months if its as good as oop
this is the way almost all dlc should be
The only main reason i play now is for TC but i haven't settled down and porperly built a track since Corsai Cove, this is either a break or quitting trials editor, i'll probably come back and building tracks if something shows up.Originally Posted by EuphoricFusion
I really cant see how it could disappoint anyone. For the cost, the amount of good content is very good. Compare three MP maps for FPS games at 1200+ points with 30+ tracks, new logic, new effects, a new world and new editor objects. I really cannot see how anyone could be disappointed with it unless their expectations are ridiculous.Originally Posted by EuphoricFusion
But everyone has their own opinion, no harm in voicing it.![]()
As a trials nut,im not dissapointed.if people are, then so be it,but im just glad they did a dlc in the first place..if we didnt get it when we did,i doubt it would have happened..but,who knows..
