I found an easter egg on The Big Dig (Survival of the fastest, first track). I don't have any photos or video to upload so here are directions:
At the last check point bailout over the castle (easy to do) and roll down the hill. After about a minute of flying/rolling you will come to a crater with some dead trees around it. Wait here for a few seconds and a large board will rise out of the crater with little square marks on it. Looks like a card for a Jacquard loom.
I posted this separate from the other easter egg thread because I thought this would make things easier.

The easter eggs are the sorts of things you find in secret rooms or places requiring you to try but going backward into something (basket ball hoop) that has it referenced on the acheivments list can't be an easter egg can it?
On Ruination, If you back up there is a little square sticking out of the ground and if you drive on to it it presses down. I have found about 4 others on the map but it never does anything big...
