Has anyone got the Level editor skills to remake ...

Has anyone got the Level editor skills to remake ... these classic games? I deffo havent, ive tried but it always end up with me screaming and then getting a bang on the wall from my neighbour to STFU

I`d love to play these games where there was an actual people to compete against (rather than just 1-2 mates, who play on ure own console) and was wondering if anyone felt they could achive it?

1st game > Kurushi/Intelligent? Qube(depending on location) on Ps1, bloody good puzzle game, had its moment on the Ps1 and then dissapeared with no remakes here the last level and ending >

2nd game > Unirally/Uniracers(depending on location) on SNES, probably one of the earliest "bike" games i ever played for a long long time >

Last but not least > PILOTWINGS 64 on N64, this i guess will be a monster challenge, but i dont see why a variation of the game couldnt be made with this editor?? >

Anybody up for this, is it possible?

I'd like to try making something like Uniracers, or at least turn the new bike in the DLC into a unicycle

Pilot wings would prob be really easy to make actually. An OPE with x position always constantly going forward (increase event), and y position decrease

Stick control to move left and right/bank the glider object group, could activate a camera object rotation in the z axis to make the glider able to move in 360 motion.

Triggers to activate the ring scores, increase event impulse send to a Variable data source (score)

Uniracers was one of my favorite games as a kid!

Uniracers would be alot of animation OPE events. A bit more tricky than Pilot wings.

Yeh dude, to me its such a simple idea that offered hours of fun ( bit like tetris ) I do actually own a ripped copy but its in Japenese n i have to run on the Jap region setting in ePSXe, n its a bit of a bugger to try and figure out where to go to start the game and also wtf they are saying lol, just the possiblilty to play this with a multiplayer online LB would be great! (the ending of youre last track release (far out!! btw )hints a possabilty that you have the editor skills to do this?

Jarr3tt88 Im surpised that this would be easy to make! Ive had my time with the OPE ( look at my track "space") creating that nearly drove me over the top ( my neighbour also lost the plot with me because of repeatativly shouting expletives very loud over 2 days) So ive put the OPE to the back shelf for the mo

I find it odd that a Unirally(uk title ) would be hard to remake than pilot wings as its very close to what Evo offers itsself, its 2d, the bike flips allready, the hard bit would be getting it to jump & and to go at speed, i know that Luthanick has created a lot of track that Spin & Flip the bike, hopefully he`ll see this post n give it an attempt

nannerdw good point, i wonder if the new bmx is deconstructable? it would be funny trying to ride some tracks on a unicycle!

spoonfed yeh i remeber Q-bert too, another classic puzzle game and not to far off the look of Kurushi ... suppose the more we beg, hopefully someone who knows the editor inside out ( The devs ... cough cough) and give it a go

I could def make both.....Uniracer would def take more time. Especially if you wanted to add in the spin and flip animations. Thats all I meant. I wouldn't use the in game bike at all, would be a custom unicycle object. The most complex game I made was the ipod game Flow (unreleased as of now)

Pilot wings would be WAY easier. Not take too long to make at all (25-35hrs+) I would think Uniracer would be almost double that time to make IMO. Maybe not. It would be alot of coding. Esp if the bike was half way though the flip and landed. Making sure the bike didn't glitch through the course...Not sure if the objects could have physics, OPE might make it super complex movement.
