Hello everyone. Thanks to QcChopper, the first thing i learned today when i opened my computer is that Trials Evo is coming to PC. I admit i didn't expect such awesome news and i was sure he couldn't be joking about such thing.
Then i saw the news everywhere on the internet and next thing, i dug up my forum account. Guess it's time to be more regular around here again. Anyway, going to watch the trailer again and again, love the cheesy voice, actually i would love it even if it was a dog laughing while showing Trials in the background.
How is the sensitivity of the trigger going to translate to the PC?
Are there pressure-sensitive keyboards? I'm asking because I genuinely don't know. Haven't had a good computer set-up in years and years.
You could use a USB wired Xbox pad...
Dude ... i just *****ed me pants .... Evo and HD!!!!![]()

TRIALS EVOLUTION + EVERYTHING FROM TRIALD HD?!![]()
hey i want that also on xbla!!!
Will the PC version be a GFWL (Game for Windows Live) where you can earn achievements like Tinker, Halo 2 vista, etc or will the server be completely independent of Xbox Live?
what specs would i need if i wanted to try the PC version?
i'm not up on PC gaming![]()
My idea of Trials is arrow keys, R and backspace.Originally Posted by DannersMac![]()
Don't know how the controls are tweaked in the later games after Trials2SE, sadly never had a chance to play HD or Evo. If there is such sensitivity involved and you feel really uncomfortable with the standard keyboard controls, i guess you can always use a controller, like Shifty said.
Btw, Super Meat Boy had some similar case of sensitivity i think, but i couldn't get used to playing with a gamepad. Tried a couple of times because of the message on startup, but no luck. Got all my no-death achievements with a keyboard.
I just want to know if the editor will have hotkeys. If yes, then buy. If no, then no buy. Although just being able to use the mouse and keyboard in the editor would probably be reason enough to buy. Just have to wait and see.
Awesome news. I might get it. I can only assume creating maps will be a bit easier with a keyboard and mouse!
You know what would be awesome? If track central could possibly be shared cross platform. That way people could create maps on PC and then hundreds of thousands of active Trials players on 360 could enjoy them.
It'd also be pretty cool if the game features Game For Windows Live functionality (even though i know many people hate it) so that players could show their true fandom by having the full 800 achievement points from Trials EVO on both 360 and PC. But i guess maybe my expectations may be too high.
