Re: Command & Conquer Generals 2
If theres any C&C il go on its Kanes Wrath because its core gameplay is a buffed up Tiberium wars 3 and im used to the Command Wheel, I usually like to go against Brutal Steel Talon (infantry limitations) and the other GDI/other Sub-factions, i usually play as Black Hand or core Nod and rush Tier 1 Infantry and Vehicles, nod are very good when it comes to infantry and black hand hav very powerful Tier 1/1.5 units such as the Blue Flame upgrade which is extremely deadly to anything part from air units, a tactic i use is to get the blue flame upgrade, create Flame Tank place them in a safe position close to an enemy base and cloak them with the support power (at least 2-4 flame tanks) and as long as there isnt any base defences nor stealth detecting units i rush them into the centre of the base and i firstly destroy the Construction Yard, then Vehicle production so they can build MCV and then i attack the rest of the production facilities usually id attack the barracks over an airfield as the aircraft are easily countered and destroyed and if they are still alive i destroy the base with infantry rush reinforcements(mainly rocket squads and black hand).
Theres loads more i do for the other factions.

Re: Command & Conquer Generals 2
I rarely play vs the AI because they are so predictable, they do the same thing every game. For me that gets boring pretty fast. There is a dynamic AI mod for sc2 which basically means the AI will play with lots of different strategies at various difficulty levels.
Still prefer human opponents though. I usually play 2v2 or 3v3.
Command and conquer games always seem to have a lack of depth and variation in comparison... Generals was an excellent game but, somehow despite being alot older than sc2, it lagged more in a 1v1 than sc2 does in 4v4's alot of the time... very strange... All comes down to budget and investment I suppose. Getting a 2v2-3v3 or 4v4 was also pretty difficult, it either took a long time or it didn't connect.
If not for sc2, you should invest in a PC for generals two, or one of the many other very popular strategy games, theres a whole bunch of them on PC. Theres a reason why 99.9% of strategy gamers play on PC ya'know

Re: Command & Conquer Generals 2
I doubt Generals 2 no longer exists because of EA, i hope they will consider making Generals 2 and making it console but that is highly unlikely i dont think i will end up buying a PC theres no point but at least i can still watch some Match Replay Commentaries by YouTubers like GreenZero77 who does really good commentaries for kanes wrath and hopefully CnC F2P so i can see really what its like.

Re: Command & Conquer Generals 2
Ahh too bad... It's a stream not a video as it's a live event.
Almost every video of sc2 on youtube will give you commentary to let you know what's going on. If you search author "IGNProLeague" it's tournament games with good commentators.
