Why wouldn't they be allowed to talk about fixing their flawed game to the people who purchased their flawed product? That doesn't make sense.Originally Posted by sparkierjonesz
This isn't the first time this has happened with TC, it's at least the 5th time, so they should know what the problem is. If they haven't figured out why peoples games freeze up on them by now then they've got a big problem. I'm still wondering when they are going to fix the lag/game stutter that occurs in Trials HD, because that lag/stutter also happens in Trials Evolution.
Why would they keep saying tommorrow if they don't know when it will be done? It's pretty simple to say we're not sure, but as soon as we are, we will let you know. And if they can't have it fixed by their time frame the obvious thing would do is communicate this to the community, like something else has come up and it won't be fixed in the time frame they suggested. I'm willing to bet the more they keep us up to date, the more patient and understanding the community will be.
I understand they are working long hours, but it's not like they aren't getting paid to do so. If they don't like it, then they should find something else to do.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, and I'm sorry that there isn't more info available right now.
Can you specify the issues that will be fixed or are being worked on? Or is that info also not available?Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
I don't mean to be rude or sound impatient, If I'm coming across that way I apologize. I'd just like to know what we can expect to be fixed? If this is uncommunicatable to the community, why is that?

It's called a "Hold Harmless clause" or an "Indemnity clause".Originally Posted by B00ME
Basically the TC issue may or may not be down to Redlynx, it's more likely to be a Microsoft server issue as RL have stated that they are working with MC on this.
In simple terms a Hold Harmless clause prevents either party from blaming problems on the other, therefore if the problem is indeed to do with someone else besides Redlynx they are legally prevented from telling us.
Unlucky for Command & Conquer Gererals 2 EA have touched it and pissed all over it making it Multiplyer only "at launch" and "Free to play" now they really have ruined another CnC.
If anyone played CnC 4 Tiberium Twilight or even saw it they know they ruined that too.
When Evo first came out there were so much purchases that the Microsoft sever crashed possibly causing other problems.
soo, its microsofts servers problem then? and barry said that "patches cost 40k" or smth? basicly redlynx has to pay for microsofts own **** up?
But yeah, freezing is flooding to other games now, Skyrim freezes for me more now than it used to. i have stopped playing evo almost entirely, once a week ill go and play a couple tracks. sigh
I think thats why poeple couldnt get online the other day i think it was a server problem with Micro due to Skyrim's Dawnguard or Hearthfire and it was most likely like the same problem Evo had(purchases).
