If you have unstable connectivity after changing to an IPv6 protocol then you may want to investigate your router/modem/Ethernet switch. I know YMMV but I connect fine through IPv6.
Except for when Time Warner dumps my bandwidth.
Do you know how horrible it is when they tell you over the phone that "for faster service, and to report an outage, please visit us on the web"?
On-topic:
We are aware of the Track Central issue, and I know you would like more info, but I just don't have it to give you. We are working on it and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
I gave up on this game a month ago, I doubt Redlynx will be fixing it anytime soon. I'd love for them to prove me wrong, but that would actually require communicating with us, and I mean something other than "we are aware of it" and "sorry, for the inconvience". I understand you don't have those answers Shifty, but some one around Redlynx should. Is it really that hard to tell people, this is the problem, this is what we have to do to fix it, and this is when it MIGHT be fixed if everything goes right?
I don't think people are mad/disappointed that the game has problems, all games do, people get mad/disappointed when the developers stop letting them know what's going on with the game.
what makes you think that they already know the answers? or that they are even allowed to talk about itOriginally Posted by B00ME
and would you like them to give a timeframe when they don't really know the answer, would you like it more if they would keep telling you, it will be fixed tomorow(they think they will but new problems come to the surface)?
they have worked their balls off in the past making long hours and they will do it again
And what about all the other issues? Are you aware of those too?Originally Posted by ShiftySamurai
Everyone here loves the game but the problems arising are really detrimental to the experience and is starting to tarnish the image of the RedLynx we know and love.

& yea, there are a lot more problems (although I think TC is top priority right now), what w/ the console freezes, menu bugs, and things like that. Also I just noticed the downloads have been fixed, looks like it's showing either accurate downloads, or they only got it back up, still, nice progress, (or something else has happened idk, I can see download stats for tracks now)
WTF? Today I go back to my track and everything works ok.
Yesterday it crashed like normal. Nothing was changed or saved. Just loaded, open menu, crash.
Maybe it really is something to do with server connectivity?
Just tried downloading a track and my xbox just crashedthats a new one for me. It is getting incresingly frustrating. Not having much look loading feeds and loading custom leaderboards.
Theres been no bugs in the editor for me.
I love the game but just cant play it when it crashes. Hope it gets fixed soon.
Also i have a question if you can answer it.
When the feeds and rating systems are fixed. Will all the ratings given for the tracks that were uploaded when the feeds are broken be correct and will the tracks that were good that were released while TC is broke still have a chance of been on the 48h when its fixed?
Umm for some reason, I never have those problems. Console frezzes happen, but VERY rarely. And the TC, I just deal with it. It would be nice if the stats were accurate, but to me, its just a little detail.![]()
Little? wow, you are chilledOriginally Posted by Fallenultima. For me, TC is almost unusable at the moment and the lack of track releases depressing!
Any time the ratings havent updated properly before, they seemed to be stored on the server and once that "refreshed" the ratings were applied. As for the 48hr feed, again, when the ratings werent updating (so you couldnt get to the 48hr feed) the counter continued and you just hoped that they updated before the 48hr after release counter finished! Otherwise you missed out.Originally Posted by 2witchy
