Edit: This post is just now and officially dumping grounds for pony pics. Funny pictures, ridiculing pictures, it doesn't matter.
If you don't know what a brony is, disregard this post and move on... unless you're ready for your mind to be overloaded with cupcakes...
Any*****, for anyone who is interested, I searched high and low and made a playlist on Youtube collecting the best songs the world has to offer for bronies of all shapes and sizes. Bronies, not Pega-sisters. The collection contains content from popular artists like The Living Tombstone and small, nearly unheard of work by somepony that may eventually be big on the interwebz. The playlist is entirely open so you can save, share, and edit the playlist to your preference.
Link? Oh, here you go... http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...eature=mh_lolz
Don't bother checking my channel out... unless you're ready for your mind to be overloaded with nothing...
P.S. Pony Swag has a PAL so viewer discretion is advised
So are guys who are into My Little Ponies, like gay or something?
Is it an issue of trying to be a tough-guy who also has a soft spot?
Is this a serious interest (and if so, what about it is interesting?) or is it a silly joke, like, "Hey, I should be a maturing adult but I'm into little girl products!" ??
I don't mean any offense, just some curiosity. Because the brony thing makes absolutely no sense at all.
I think it's sort of like being a hipster. I get the feeling most people are into it because it's "ironic," whether they're willing to admit it or not.Originally Posted by IFTHISTHENTHAT![]()
Its the internet's personal version of being a hipster.
Not that I hate it or anything, but it is definitely feminine. Like, 7 year old girl feminine. Nothing "bro" about it, lol.
I think the main reason I like it is because of the huge fanbase and the thousands of fanfics and parodies that sprout because of it, like the awesome music and remixes.Originally Posted by IFTHISTHENTHAT
The show itself has girly aspects (obviously) like the color scheme and occasional singing, but overall it's a clean cartoon that is amusing at times.
What separates it from the past generations of My Little Pony (you know, the ones with chubby horses in diapers that live off tea parties) is that it has an actual storyline and (you've heard it before) great animation. It's like watching Fairly Odd Parents or Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, but with ponies.
If you like cartoons, there's really no reason to not like the show other than a severe hatred towards animals and/or cupcakes.
P.S. I don't personally don't know why anyone would want to buy figurines or anything like that. T-shirts, if they're not girly, sure, but not dolls.
Whenever someone mentions "Brony", this is all I can think of.
I think the vid may have tainted my veiw somewhat.![]()
Give me my 10 minutes back!Originally Posted by James24993![]()
I should never have clicked on that link! I hope this isn't what all "bronies" are like, otherwise I am seriously scared!Originally Posted by James24993
Did it ever occur to you this guy might have some kind of disability? Any brony I know wouldn't dare walk into McDonalds and get a My Little Pony doll with intentions to enjoy it. The toys are obviously geared towards girls, and any guy that legitimately enjoys one probably has a disability.Originally Posted by James24993
There are two kinds of bronies in this world: Those bronies with normal lives that have friends and family that actually care for them, and those from 4chan. Please, PLEASE don't get the two confused.Originally Posted by shamusmon
