Pad rumble doesnt seem to work? Am i doing something wrong?
Hello there,
So theres a pad rumble event thing but i cant seem to get it to do anything. Ive got state events turning it ON but nothing happens. Cant target it with anything else (like effect events etc) The last event in my chain of events is player detach and thats definitely happening so im a rather confused...
How do you make the pad rumble? If anyone could answer me this I would be very grateful!
cheers
Jef

is it triggered by a red line?

It should definitely activate with the state event. In the rumble event what are values set to for high and low engine frequency? that determines how much it should rumble where 0 is no rumble and 100 is max rumble. by default both should be 50 but if you changed them or they somehow got set to 0 there will be no rumble.
try just enabling the rumble event by default and test the track, if you don't get constant rumble something is wrong in the rumble event.
you could also make sure you have the connections made properly but it sounds like you've probably done that. Just in case, a red line represents the impulse and should be going into your state event from the previous event in your chain. a blue line represents affected objects and should connect your state event to the rumble event.
