Update from the MS and RL teams:

We have made an update that addresses some of the issues that were preventing user ratings and download tallies from being recorded. Both are now being calculated for player-created content and new items being added to the system.

Meanwhile, all ratings and downloads that happened during the downtime are being slowly calculated and added to the system. This latter phase may take a little extra time, so please bear with us for the next couple of days as we get the remaining data sorted.

So... What about tracks uploaded now? Is TC working properly again? Kinda answered this but... I just woke up and need coffee asap. Just wondering whether it's cool to upload a new track today... Off for coffee.

From the information that I currently have available, ratings and downloads for new track central uploads will work.
