can someone driect me to the mass help, im trying to decrase the mass but when i select "pick value" i have no clue what to do? or where to select

pick value is when you want to conect it to a data scource(basicly just a number that you can change dynamicly)
i guess you just want to change it just to a lower or higher value and that it should keep that one forever

just use the dpad or sticks to change the value till you have the desied value
