Hey i dont know if im the only one here but everytime i join my friends track to test it, my xbox freezes?

Start an xbox party first, then get him to go into multiplayer and set it up to see if that helps rather than them inviting you into the multiplayer match directly
Also, make sure he gives you plenty of time during bike selection before he chooses his and that may help as well

You can sometimes freeze someone if you start a match too quickly. Get all the tracks set up and wait at least ten seconds after that. Seems to work well for me. If I start a match a few seconds after loading a track I often freeze someone.
