So, what's the point of this? To get a bunch of people to commit to seeking out the awful garbage tracks and rating them 1*? Or maybe catch them in "New tracks" before they have a chance to make it to the "Highest Rated" categories?

Pretty much this. Catch in new rated so they don't make it out of there, and in highest rated 48 if there.

Yup. Would be nice to see how many people are actually doing this
but most importantly to see if it works and we start getting a better looking selection of tracks in the feeds.instead of seeing the dont move name over and over again
