Summer of Arcade: Mr. Ballista - A Wreckateer Track

"Wreckateer uses the Kinect to put you in control of a massive castle-wrecking Ballista. With the help of Wreck and Tinker, use 6 magic projectiles to travel the land and destroy 60 castles."

Like Wreckateer, Mr. Ballista pits you against a castle. Destroy the castle by flinging round orbs of destructiveness (gotta patent that) at and around it. Each piece you take out increases your score, and taking down multiple targets earns you multipliers that increase your score. Aim for some explosives to inflict maximum damage, maybe hit some pink rings to bust out some multi-ball mayhem, and nail some yellow rings to gain extra time.

Control the launch position, pitch and strength of every shot, and don't worry if your aim isn't exactly true as there is an after touch on the ball so you can adjust your aim while your Orb of Destructiveness is in the air. Everything in the level can be destroyed. From trees to houses, towers to doors, fences, explosives, and chunks of the castle! There are mad opportunities for chained destruction and insane scores!

Pick up Mr. Ballista for Trials Evolution by going to Track Central and selecting the Summer of Arcade feed, then pick up Wreckateer and have even more castle destroying fun with Kinect for the Xbox 360.

Check out the RedLynx Blog for all the scoring details and screen shots.

are you meant to be able to rack up your multiplier real quick just by resetting and then only destroying stuff at the end? because that seems odd to me.. but im assuming it wasnt just an over-sight

Animal cruelty. Poor squirrel as a handle.
The game was ok but it takes forever for the ball to land.
