Goodluck man, I forgot what your original gamertag was, but anywho, cause I'm bored I'll try to give a tip for each cp you're stuck on.
Cough and Cringe cp4- when you get to the first crate, almost drive directly into the crescent, so that your front wheel takes most of the impact, and then don't gas or anything for just a little tiny bit, and then go upwards and tap x as soon as you hit the upper part, once you reach the upper part, you can drive directly off it without bunny hopping onto the next crate, and then back wheel first to front quickly on the next bit will get you right onto the end pipe.
Castle Corridor cp6- the white boxes, you can either try and get up to the last box, and balance yourself by tapping x rapidly whilst still slightly holding down the throttle, and then once your stable, slowly go upwards, front wheel onto the top of the crate. Or...you can do the same, but try and get your fender onto the top of the last crate, which means you'll then have to go back to front to be in the same position as the first way. From there, jump a little bit higher than you usually would and try and land your back wheel first since the ramp is a bit weird and if you clip it you'll lose all your speed and fail the jump.
Subway cp6- This one is actually pretty easy, I think I counted right, it's the one where you're at the top of the escalator, and so basically, first jump pretty simple, next bit, land on the next section, and then once you're there, try and set up for a good jump, not much to tell about this one. If you do it fast, it's easy as well, but if you don't know how to hit it then it's a lot harder, so that's why I suggest just taking your time and being careful on this one.
Execution cp3- This one is actually pretty simple too, basically what I do is I start by positioning my rider forward, and a tiny bit back from the checkpoint, and then just before I hit the little incline, I push my rider back, and continue to do so until my rider touches the wooden thing, and then I press forward, and then when I get enough air, quickly hold brake, and that'll propel your rider into the wood. Then drop down to the next section, and be in a neutral position, since if you fail it won't push you back as far as if you had started in a forward position. Then lean backwards, and as soon as you hit the wooden section with your back wheel, hold x shortly, and then rapidly press x/slightly hold throttle.
Lowercase cp3- bunny hop so that you just bunny hop from your back wheel, try and at least land on the first pipe, then slowly edge your way and keep going upwards, it's hard I know.
cp7- Dang I forgot this cp, sorry :
