Dan - that track is going to be crazy hard for anyone to do in under 30 minutes. I had a go at each one up giving it real effort but not expecting too much. The 2nd one, I think, where you have to ride up the board with your back tire then land on your front and balance across is just nuts. It requires such precise movement on the way up. I only got up to the second part maybe 3 times in the 10 minutes I played it.
Mind you im not the best I still think I'm good and I like the track but seriously, good luck to anyone trying to pass each obstacle in an avg time of 4 minutes to finish the whole thing lol
Edit: read up a few posts, I guess its not the 2nd CP but that reminded me how insane that one was too. The second front tire bounce has to be a fluke
Thanks to anyone that tried my track and gave feedback![]()
@Danners: I really like how your new track looks, couldn't pass any of the obstacles that i tried tho
Also TBNSoty already zeroed Unconfort![]()
^ Just watched Soty's replay..... WTF basically..
3 times in 10 minutes isn't bad. Once you're on the orange planks its not actually that difficult, but yes it does require very precise control. This is supposed to be an incredibly hard track, and I know not many will pass it. I basically think TBNSoty will (because if he wants to then he can pretty much pass whatever he wants), and Abz xMaGiiK will (he's actually been giving them some practise)... and then, hopefully, I will lol. Either way, I'm aware its of a stupid level of difficulty hence why I might later make an easier version.Originally Posted by seanje
CP2 is the dumbest in terms of outrageous difficulty. Its not so much the second as the first plank that's flukey. Like I say, I will change that slightly when I release the whole track. But the main thing is its do-able.. I think. To be honest you could definitely pass some of the obstacles, at the very least the 6th one, that one's seriously not that hard at all.
AM-3 is awesome. Lovin it. In my opinion, it belongs up there with the high quality ninjas of Subway, Execution, C & C, etc.
Im workin on a sub minute run. Gotta make A7X work for the #1 spot should he decide to take it later on (which i hope he will).
Will also check out Uncomfort later on and see if its my cup o tea.

Yeah a brilliant re-make of a brilliant track. I find it nigh-on hilarious that Murdoc Loch hasn't been legitimetly employed by RedLynx, let alone not given a TF award (not gonna get into TF'ing lol), although ya know, obviously RL don't do Ninja tracks. But yeah. I like how the discrepancy between the Phoenix's physics between HD and Evo mean pretty much every re-make of an insanely difficult track on HD turns into an awesome track to try and 0-fault on Evo.
Maybe it's because I've been in a bit of a foul trials mood, maybe it's because I can't appreciate HD tracks having never played it, maybe it's because I'm bad (at jump obstacles in particular)... but I really hated AM-3, one of the tracks I cbf'ed to finish.
oh ya ill give them all a shot, i really like the aesthetics and you have some real creativity which is a refreshing change
I was working on cp4 for my new track and it's going to be as difficult as end sinister i think.. It's looking real tough.
^ Looking forward to it. CP3 was pretty nasty haha. Once I'm finished with my new track (well at least attempting for a good while to pass it) I'll give it a good shot.
Well, that's basically it now for all my Maborosi obstacles. They're all up there now. The only thing missing is the re-worked second checkpoint. If anyone is curious to check them out then I've got a replay up for them all as well - just make sure to download CP1* and not CP1. Likewise, if you see a CP2* soon then download that version. Full track will be up as soon as I've got around to sorting that second obstacle out. Good luck to anyone who wants to give it a go.

Edit: OK - I added a wheelie bit on the second platform on CP1 that makes it ever-so-slightly more challenging (not making it especially harder but I feel making it more satisfying) that also stops the potential for Abz's technique that he used on the original lol. And I lowered the three bits of dynamite on CP2 and it makes the obstacle feel a lot more consistent to me in your ability to get over to the platform after the frontflipping bit. And with these alterations I now feel I've finally finished the track and I'll upload it tomorrow.
Edit 2: Delayed due to DLC.. was gonna wait longer but I got impatient so now the whole track is up. Don't even really know why I'm saying this because I doubt really anyone will play it. But there you go. Now I'm off to go inevitably time out on it.
Edit 3: Wow.... got up to CP4 in under 80 faults.. then went up to about 14 minutes before I passed that, except as I was heading towards the checkpoint I accidentally pressed Y and had to do it again.. didn't get past it till 24 minutes and then ended up timing out on CP6. Lovely.
