Hello fellow 1000 Heroz addicts!
The thought of meeting up somewhere to play day 1000 together has been thrown around for a while now, but no real discussion/planning has happened, so, let's brainstorm!
If you have any ideas of an ideal location and logistics to make this actually possible, please share!
One idea currently thrown out within the TOS group is Las Vegas.
Let's hear YOUR thoughts!
I'm starting to really like the idea of going down under to Arse's neck of the woods in Australia. Where are Benji, ELM, ONZE, Octo, Nully, Kress, on and on and on ( I'm not naming all 391,346 players). I want to hear some killer ideas from the community on the 1000th Day festivities.
I'm talking to you too RedlynxMight be good for marketing whatever is happening next. Just say'n

How about New Orleans? Day 1000 is March 2nd, 2014... Mardi Gras is March 4th, 2014![]()
I'll come if it's in Finland.![]()
Why not in France, on a beach next my home, drinking a Pastis??
That's funny, I was just thinking about the meet-up on Day 1000 the other day. I figured it might be a good idea to meet somewhere in between where most of the players live. My first idea was the US east coast: it's about the same distance from Australia as it is from most European countries. Players from Canada are close-by and US people obviously just have to take a domestic flight.
Finland would also be a possiblity, providing that Red Lynx is gonna throw a huge party (which I seriously hope it will).
So?
This would be THE place for it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funspot_Family_Fun_Center
I've visited Funspot a few years ago and also interviewed the founder and the coordinator of the Classic Arcade Museum. It's a great and unique place, though located in rural surroundings. Talking about classic games: Who else thinks that Rook is the Billy Mitchell of 1k Heroz?![]()
I've gone to funspot multiple times. Love the place!
Thanks Kress!! You're now my new favorite HeroZ playerOriginally Posted by KressensteinI'll tell ya what Kress...this game just gets harder and harder with each track to score a win. There are just so many good players these days.
