    Re: 1 week off cigarettes!

Nice one.. Seemed like you were smoking more than cigs from your post, smoking weed?

I used to smoke weed, but since I stopped about 10 months ago I feel much better too, the only begative thing for me was that I started to put weight on.

Not fat, 6'1 12.5 stone (175 pounds) but I have a little bit of a beer belly, need to work out because I hate it.. So yeh just look out for the weight gain thing.

I used to smoke weed for like 8 years straight outta high school until one day i just woke up and absolutely hated it. Been about a year and half since i stopped and i dont even miss it. Id go over to a buddys place and when he lights up...id get migraines just from the smell. How i lived with that for so long i have no idea. Never started on cigarettes and never will. Drink maybe once or twice a year lol.

    Vicodins on the other hand....

Who needs weed when there's opiates? I smoked weed religiously for years too and then just stopped because I wasn't enjoying it. Codeine has defo filled that recreational drug usage. It's probably a good thing I find it difficult to get a hold of them though

    Re: 2 weeks off cigarettes!

2 weeks free now! Feeling pretty good and the thought of a cig makes me sick Almost all of the cravings have left and I honestly am starting to feel like I never smoked. As long as I stay positive I should be able to keep going no problem.
