Currently I have 8 plats and 4 golds on the tournaments and other than TYM, I know I'll Platinum the others with a bit of time and dedication. Maybe I'll get TYM one day too but at the moment I'm too inconsistent on the latter Extremes to make a real go of it.
You get a lot more satisfaction when you finally do the tournaments because they're so much tougher. On Industrial Revolution I have a 1 fault run and I have picked up my single fault on the very last obstacle of the very last track (Under Construction) twice now and been inside the Platinum time on both occasions. Frustrating? Yeah, of course it is but in a sadistic way I'm also quite pleased that I still have the challenge there to complete because medal-wise, I only have these 4 tournaments now to go for.
I also only have the last 4 tournaments to go after finally getting a platinum on WotNand man are they a challenge, but I get where you're coming from here. If I had 79/79 platinums within 2 weeks of the game release I wouldn't be too happy about it.
However, I gotta say I am not having fun with Urban Legends at the moment. Strike is nothing short of a joke due to the end part. Meltdown has that ridiculous pylon that falls over that you have to drive down, almost an invitation to face plant. Power Plant is even worse than Strike, I don't think there's an inch of that track I haven't died on. It's as if bike power is on 200%, your front tyre seems to come up so easily on it. And Warehouse 28 took me long enough on single tracks let alone after going though the 3 previous choresMy best run at the moment is 0 faults but 3 seconds too slow
EDIT:Maybe not, did it second try after posting this![]()
