After platnums on every track including tournaments, I like to change my riders look and replay through so I can easily see which tracks I've updated my times on. Did this on hd too it demo makes it easier to progress.

I do this too. You can easily see which of your records are oldest.

my clothes are dirty, I've had the same ones on since EVO came out

I haven't changed my bike/rider since I unlocked everything and chose the look I liked the most, and that was a few weeks after release. The only adjustments I've made have been to make the bike colours match more accurately on the plastics/frame.

I really like your idea though, it gives a functional use to the customisation feature.

I did that on HD. Would change the wheel color every month. And the Helmet color for the year Haven't done that in Evo yet.
